Listing and request context

Confirm the listing and choose the kind of request PuckReady should review.

Best for one-off changes such as dates, costs, links, registration status, or contact details.

Requester and evidence

Provide a contact, an official source when available, and the exact facts PuckReady should verify.

Use the official registration page, association page, current poster page, or source that supports the requested change.

Social posts and direct messages are treated as leads until an official or organizer source confirms the detail.

Evidence-backed claims and corrections are reviewed before public changes. This form does not self-publish edits, transfer ownership, change ranking, or verify provider quality automatically.

Paid placement is reviewed separately and clearly labelled. Claiming a listing or asking about sponsorship does not change directory ranking, reviews, verification, or Find Your Fit recommendations.
