- Tournament Submissions: Tournament name, organizer details, dates, location, contact information, and event images.
- Ice Exchange Listings: Arena name, ice time details, pricing, and contact information (name, email, phone).
- Reviews: Reviewer name (or anonymous), rating, and review text.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. This data is collected via Vercel Analytics (first-party, privacy-friendly, no cookies) and Vercel Speed Insights.
- Map Data: When you view program locations, Google Maps may collect usage data subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To display program, tournament, and ice exchange listings on the website
- To send email notifications about your submissions (approval, updates)
- To moderate content and maintain directory quality
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the website
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or technical issues
3. Public Display of Submissions
Information you provide through submission forms (program names, contact details, organization websites) is intended for public display on the website. Contact information included in Ice Exchange listings is visible to all visitors. By submitting information, you consent to its public display for the purpose of facilitating hockey development connections in Manitoba.
4. Cookies and Analytics
PuckReady uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for website analytics. These are first-party, privacy-friendly tools that do not use cookies for tracking and do not collect personally identifiable information.
Google Maps, used for displaying program locations, may set its own cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
5. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:

- To protect the rights, property, or safety of PuckReady or its users

- Active listings: Retained while the listing is published on the website
- Deleted listings: Soft-deleted listings are retained for 90 days, then permanently removed
- Usage data: Aggregated analytics data is retained indefinitely; individual session data is not stored

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
