3. Ice Exchange Rules

The Ice Exchange is a platform to facilitate the transfer of ice time between parties. PuckReady does not act as an agent or intermediary in these transactions.

• No Payments: PuckReady does not process payments. All financial arrangements must be made directly between the buyer and seller.

By submitting content (programs, tournaments, ice listings) to PuckReady, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content on the website.

In no event will PuckReady, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
