About This Program
Spring defence-specific program for U15 female AAA and AAA/AA players at Southdale Community Centre, Winnipeg: Mondays and Wednesdays, April 12 to June 2, 2027 (no session May 24), 6:30 PM ice with a 7:45 PM off-ice session (15 on-ice and 15 off-ice sessions; two full-body workouts a week with SRA Fitness). Drills cover mobility, gap control, breakouts, transition skating, positioning, angling and checking, and shooting from the point. Limit 18 players per group; final registrations at Laker Hockey’s discretion. Eligible birth years are shown in the age range. $720 plus GST ($756). Goalies register through Spriggs Goaltending.
